Vegan. Baked in a 10 inch round pizza pan this medium thick focaccia is ready for your holiday table-  made with our classic pizza/focaccia dough it's both soft and chewy and full of flavor and satisfying depth.

Ingredients: Sourdough Starter (*fresh-milled organic brown rice flour, filtered water), *tapioca starch, *fresh-milled organic brown rice flour, *fresh-milled non-GMO sorghum flour, *garbanzo flour, *fresh milled Organic Italian millet, sliced kalamata olives, rosemary sprigs,  *sweet rice flour,  *organic ground flax seed, *fresh-ground chia seed, organic extra-virgin olive oil, salt, yeast, *xanthan gum.
